An ineffective audit can lead to negative consequences, including process failures, customer dissatisfaction, and
regulatory noncompliance. In the ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training, you will learn how to conduct internal audits

and develop your auditing skills. In addition to planning and conducting effective audits, you will gain confidence in
reporting findings and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

This training develops the skills required to evaluate and report on the conformity and implementation of processes
based on ISO 9001:2015. During this training, you will learn how to initiate audits, prepare and conduct audit
activities, prepare and distribute audit reports, and complete follow-up
activities.

– Initiation, preparation, and conduct of audit activities
– Preparation and distribution of audit reports
– Audit completion and follow-up

Prerequisite Knowledge
You should have a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and the fundamental principles of QMS. If you do not have this knowledge, we recommend attending the ISO 9001:2015 Requirements Training. At the end of this training, a 40-minute internal auditor examination administered by BSI will
be conducted. If you pass the examination, you will be entitled to a Certificate of Achievement; otherwise, you will receive a Certificate of
Attendance.
