The objective of this training is to develop participants’ skills in evaluating and reporting on the conformity and implementation of processes based on ISO 9001:2015. During this training, participants will learn how to initiate audits, prepare and conduct audit activities, prepare and distribute audit reports, and complete follow-up activities.

Upon completion of this training, participants will gain knowledge and skills in preparing, conducting, and following up on ISO 9001:2015 audits; identifying and applying the benefits and requirements of ISO 9001:2015 audits; assessing an organization’s capabilities within its Quality Management System; preparing fact-based audit reports; and recommending corrective actions.

The training duration is 2 days.

• Individuals who will serve as internal auditors within their organizations
• Professionals responsible for supplier management processes within their organizations

 

EXAMINATION AND CERTIFICATION

Participants should have a thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and the fundamental principles of Quality Management Systems. Those who do not have this knowledge are advised to attend the ISO 9001:2015 Requirements Training. At the end of this training, an internal auditor examination administered by Integral Bureau will be conducted. Participants who successfully pass the examination will be entitled to receive a “Certificate of Achievement”, while other participants will receive a “Certificate of Attendance”.
