Root Cause Analysis Training
The primary objective of root cause analysis is to identify the underlying cause of a problem or incident. The second objective is to clearly understand how these root causes can be corrected, addressed, or what lessons can be learned from them. The third and most critical objective is to systematically prevent similar problems from recurring in the future.
This training covers technical, systematic, and methodological approaches to root cause analysis, an essential component of the problem-solving process. Participants will learn how to structure the analysis process and determine when and how to apply different methods, developing the competencies needed to implement more effective and lasting solutions to problems encountered in operational environments.
This training is included in Module 3 of the BRCGS Professional Program.
